Tatmara is a very aromatic and balanced coffee. A wonderful example of a natural processed coffee with complex fruity flavours from fermentation along with expressive floral notes from the cultivar.

This exciting coffee is produced by Negusse Tadesse, based in Kaffa, Ethiopia. Negusse produces only natural process coffee at his farm - The Tatmara Coffee Plantation. The farm refrains from using any agricultural pesticides. His property is generally more like a native forest than a farm
