We have tested numerous paper filters for the V60 and we present to you the one that stood out the most for the quality of the coffee made, but also for the fact that it is cleaner for our planet.
These filters are made from the fibers of the Abaca plant (Manila hemp), which grows quickly and replaces traditional wood fibers in paper. Cafec has made a paper filter that does not affect the taste of coffee with the negative taste of paper (we still recommend rinsing it with water before brewing) and that filters well with a relatively fast flow. It works great with our light roast coffees as we are able to achieve high extraction without clogging/blocking the filter.
This conical paper filter is compatible with Hario V60, CAFEC Flower Dripper, Kono Dripper and Origami dripper.
